KIVA 44 preserves the clean architectural expression and balanced proportions of the original KIVA design, while introducing a generously sized relaxation lounge. The extended front area transforms the sauna into a true wellness retreat, offering a dedicated space to unwind before or after your session.

The spacious anteroom features a solid wooden daybed, creating a calm resting zone where users can stretch out comfortably. Integrated wall preparation allows for easy installation of a television, making the space suitable for private relaxation as well as premium hospitality environments.

To ensure year-round comfort, an infrared ceiling heater maintains a pleasant ambient temperature in the lounge area. This gentle radiant warmth enhances the resting experience and keeps the climate inviting even during colder months.

The sauna cabin itself retains the refined interior layout known from KIVA, with well-proportioned benches that support varied seating and reclining positions. The separation between sauna and lounge improves usability, privacy, and energy efficiency, while offering a smoother transition between heat and rest.

Externally, KIVA 44 continues the minimalist design language of the collection. The façade can be finished in natural wood, contemporary dark tones, elegant glass, or durable HPL cladding—allowing seamless integration into modern gardens, terraces, or architectural landscapes.
